Freshwind Partners is not a party to any license agreement between you and a licensing partner. The licensing partner is responsible for the technical assessment, anonymization, legal and security handling, packaging, delivery, and payment under that agreement.

Freshwind Partners may receive a referral fee from the broker partner when a license is reached. That fee is paid by the broker partner. It is never deducted from your offer.
